CREPES'

This French snack is now easy to find in various cities and villages. If you want to eat it, it turns out it's quite easy to make by using 100% local ingredients without the need to import from France. This time the author wants to share a recipe for soft sweet crepes, follow the recipe below.




Ingredients;

12 tbsp medium protein wheat flour

2 tbsp rice flour

1 tbsp cornstarch

3 eggs

3 tbsp margarine/butter

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp vanilla

a little baking powder

3 tbsp granulated sugar

220 ml liquid milk


Filling & Topping;

Bananas/ messes/ cheese/

whipped cream


How to Make;

Mix all the filling ingredients, add the liquid milk slowly so that the flour is mixed evenly.

Heat non-stick Teflon over low heat. Pour one spoonful of the liquid mixture, then spread it evenly so that the round mixture covers the Teflon surface. Cook one by one until done. Do this until all the crepe mixture is cooked.

After that, add filling or toppings optionally. Fold or roll the crepes then serve it.
