The most loved home cook dishes in Japan. Curry rice in japan is easy comfort food to make on a busy nights. The Japanese curry come with many variations but mostly uses chicken which is the recipe that I'll explain here.
Ingredients;
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 2 pcs carrots
- 2 pcs potatoes
- 1/2 pcs onion
- 2 minced garlic
- 2 chili pepper, cut into thin slices
- 3 blocks curry medium hot
- 1/2 tsp salt
How to make;
Cut the chicken, carrots, potatoes into bite sized pieces.
Heat the oil on the large pot, stir onion, minced garlic and chili pepper until fragrant. Add the carrot pieces, chicken and potatoes with the spices, then add as much water as desired. Add curry then stir until cooked. Add a little salt to make it tasty.
Curry rice is ready to eat.
