YOYOGI PARK : Home to Many Major Events

Yoyogi is one of the notable entertaining spots to visit in Tokyo. It's located in an extremely fascinating region of the capital: in Harajuku, among Shibuya and Shinjuku. Located in the Yoyogi neighborhood, Yoyogi Park is a sizable green space in the heart of Tokyo that serves as an urban oasis. Of Tokyo's twenty-three wards, Yoyogi Park is the fourth largest park. Its dimensions are approximately equal to the area of eleven Tokyo Dome buildings. The renowned and lofty Meiji Jingu shinto altar is settled inside Yoyogi Park.

The park is split into two sections by the Route 413 street crossing. The more popular forest section, which is near Harajuku Station, has ponds, open fields, and a bird sanctuary. The concrete walkway and outdoor stage, which are accessible via a bridge, make up the park's second section. The Central Plaza, which features a sizable fountain, is located between these two areas.  Many interesting things to do when visiting this place. The concrete paths are ideal for bicycling and running, and there is also a bicycle rental shop in this area. Large, and grassy field on the forest area is wonderful places for picnics or peaceful yoga sessions. And also lots of people play music, either live or from a portable device. Finally, it's crucial to remember that Yoyogi Park is open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Yoyogi Park also offers free entrance, and convenient access for those arriving by car. There are food and drink stands all across the park that provide food and beverages.

In conclusion, Yoyogi Park is one of these unmissable spots while going trips in the Japanese capital. The lakes give somewhat more revived air, particularly in the mid year when it's extremely hot in Japan.
